The goal is to return to sustainability of wild-capture fisheries so we can harvest wild grown food now and in the future. Knowing that we are getting what we buy also means ocean to plate trace-ability. Well, the Marine Stewardship Council says Canada is 2/3 of the way there. When you buy a product with the blue MSC label, you’re helping to protect the productivity and health of our oceans, and the livelihoods that depend upon them.
