Host, Lawrence Gunther, is North America’s only totally blind professional angler, outdoor writer, podcaster, blogger and film maker. He’s competed in over 150 fishing tournaments with numerous top-ten finishes.
Lawrence earned his master’s in environmental studies, and has been recognized with numerous awards such as the Governor General’s Meritorious Service Medal. As the founder and president of the charity Blue Fish Canada, Lawrence inspires and informs people of all ages to visualize the marine and aquatic worlds that remain largely hidden beneath the surface of Canada’s many rivers, lakes and three oceans.
